Does an app get installed on my phone?
Not like a classic app from the App Store. Open the trip and choose ‘Add to home screen’. An icon then appears on your phone that opens the trip directly from now on. So there is no large app of tens or hundreds of MB to download.
Is it safe to scan the QR code?
Yes. The QR code simply opens a secure TravelAppBuilder web page. Nothing is installed outside the travel app, and the demo contains no software that gains access to your phone.
Am I being tracked while I use the demo?
No. This is only an example of what your personal travel app can look like. We do not track your location and we do not watch what you do on your phone.
Can I remove the travel app easily?
Yes. If you placed the icon on your home screen, you can remove it just like any other shortcut. No large files or programs are left behind.
What will I see when I scan the QR code?
You open a sample trip. That way you can experience for yourself how your own trip will be shown later, with your itinerary, practical information and the other TravelAppBuilder features.
